Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a flower subscription, you'll receive repeat floral deliveries or pickups based on the frequency you select (e.g., monthly).
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged before each delivery cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless canceled. If you don't want to continue, you can cancel or pause at any time before your next billing date.
Because each delivery involves fresh, perishable flowers, our standard no-refund/no-return policy for delivered floral arrangements applies to each individual subscription delivery — see our Refund Policy for details. Canceling your subscription only affects future deliveries; it does not entitle you to a refund for arrangements already delivered.
To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email, or contact us directly at hello@birdieshoppe.com or 276.494.0881.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet available — such as a holiday arrangement or recital bouquet ahead of a specific event date. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date closer to the event.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Because pre-ordered arrangements are fresh, perishable flowers made to order for a specific date, once your pre-order has been fulfilled (i.e., the arrangement has been made and delivered or picked up), it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — see our Refund Policy for details.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a pre-order before it's fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible at hello@birdieshoppe.com or 276.494.0881 — earlier notice gives us the best chance to adjust sourcing and avoid unnecessary flower waste.
