Shipping policy

We offer three ways to receive your order:

• In-store pickup — Free, ready within 4-6 hours of ordering (fresh flower orders may require 24 hours; see product page for details)
• Local delivery — Available within approximately 50 miles of Bristol, VA/TN, priced by distance ($10–$50 depending on zone), $40 minimum order
• Standard shipping — Available for non-perishable gift items only; fresh flower arrangements are not eligible for shipping outside our local delivery area
